Our school is proud to collaborate with MPM Hotels, one of Bulgaria’s leading hotel management groups, to provide our students with international internship opportunities in world-class hospitality destinations.
Through this partnership, our students gain valuable real-world experience in professional hotel environments located in Sunny Beach during the summer season and Bansko during the winter season.
These internships allow students to develop their skills in housekeeping, food and beverage service, and kitchen operations, while working alongside experienced hospitality professionals who follow international service standards.

Summer Internship Hotels – Sunny Beach
Summer internships take place in Sunny Beach, one of the largest and most popular resort destinations on the Black Sea coast. These hotels welcome international visitors throughout the summer season, providing a dynamic environment for students to gain real industry experience.
MPM Hotel Astoria is a modern 4-star beachfront resort located just steps from the sandy beach and close to the center of Sunny Beach. The hotel operates under an Ultra All-Inclusive concept, offering guests extensive dining options, outdoor pools, entertainment programs, and a private beach area. The property welcomes a large number of international guests, providing students with valuable experience in guest service, restaurant operations, and resort hospitality.

Renovated in recent years, the hotel offers an Ultra All-Inclusive experience, private beach access, and sea-view rooms overlooking the Black Sea coast. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting guest services, restaurant operations, and daily hotel activities in a busy seaside resort.
MPM Hotel Condor
MPM Hotel Condor is a 4-star resort hotel located in the quieter northern area of Sunny Beach, only a short walk from the beach. The hotel operates on an All-Inclusive Light concept, offering comfortable accommodation, an outdoor pool, and restaurant facilities. Interns have the opportunity to gain practical experience in restaurant service, guest interaction, and day-to-day hospitality operations.
Winter Internship Hotels – Mountain Resorts
Winter internships are hosted in Bulgaria’s major ski resorts including Bansko and Pamporovo, where tourism focuses on winter sports and mountain hospitality.
MPM Hotel Guinness
MPM Hotel Guinness is located near the gondola lift in Bansko and is a popular destination for international ski travelers. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, restaurant facilities, and wellness amenities. During the winter season, interns experience the fast-paced environment of ski tourism while supporting guest services and food and beverage operations.

MPM Hotel Sport is a modern 5-star mountain hotel located close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel features wellness facilities, ski services, and premium hospitality standards, making it an ideal location for students to gain experience in luxury resort hospitality and guest services.

MPM Hotel Guinness is located near the gondola lift in Bansko and is a popular destination for international ski travelers. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, restaurant facilities, and wellness amenities. During the winter season, interns experience the fast-paced environment of ski tourism while supporting guest services and food and beverage operations.
