
Summer Internship Batch 2025
The Summer Internship Batch 2025 marked another successful season of international hospitality training, where students gained valuable hands-on experience working in professional resort environments across Bulgaria. Through our partnership with leading hotels, interns had the opportunity to develop practical skills, build confidence, and experience the realities of the global hospitality industry.
Throughout the program, students worked in various departments including restaurant service, guest relations, housekeeping, and front office operations. Under the guidance of experienced hospitality professionals, interns learned how to deliver high-quality service while working in dynamic, multicultural teams.
Professional Experience
During the internship, students were actively involved in daily hotel operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of resort services during the busy summer tourism season. Working in fast-paced environments allowed interns to strengthen important professional skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
The program also helped students understand the standards and expectations of international hospitality, preparing them for future careers in hotels, tourism, and service management.
Training and Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
An important part of the internship experience included training sessions and support with obtaining the Temporary Residence Card (TRC), which allows interns to legally stay and work during their internship period. These activities were designed to support students’ professional and personal development while helping them understand the administrative procedures required when working abroad.
Through guidance and support from supervisors and program coordinators, students were able to complete the necessary documentation and adapt quickly to their new roles while gaining confidence in their daily responsibilities.
Work and Team Environment
Working in resort hotels during the summer season means being part of a large international team. Interns collaborated with colleagues from different countries, learning to work together efficiently while delivering excellent service to guests.This multicultural environment helped students improve their teamwork, leadership, and communication skills while building friendships with fellow interns and hospitality professionals.
Work–Life Balance
While the internship focused on professional development, students also had the opportunity to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the summer resort destinations. During their free time, interns explored local attractions, visited the beach, participated in social activities, and experienced the culture and lifestyle of the region.Balancing work responsibilities with leisure activities allowed students to create memorable experiences while maintaining a positive and enjoyable internship journey.
