
Board chairman of the College organized a degustation of products from marine and terrestrial mollusks in “Centre of Professional and Technic Education, Food Technologies, Trade and Restaurant Service of Sumi”, Sumi, Ukraine.

Gourmet products were produced by our scientific practical team. The issue of establishment of collaborative, international, educative-informational center is under the discussion. The center will be specialized in the field of preparation and training specialists in hotel-restaurant sector, namely, administrators, bartenders, waiters, housekeepers, administration of restaurant.
