The Uzbek and Turkmen cuisine days were held on the 2ndof August in the Hotel complex Gladiola in Golden Sand resorts. The event took place under the patronage of Ministry of Higher and Vocational Education of The Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, moreover, accredited experts of National Agency of Vocational Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria and representatives of leading resorts of Germany, Austria and Slovakia participated in the event.
Interns from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan demonstrated the national cuisine in a visible and detailed form, dressed up in national costumes.
Groups of students from Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan additionally with the internships study in the Center of Professional Education under the International College of Industrialization and Protection of Population from Disasters and Accidents. After the completion of education and passing the governmental exams, they receive qualification certificates of ‘chefs’ and ‘waiter bartenders’ recognized by all EU countries.
